About Us
The Minnesota Wing has grown to become
one of the most successful Wings in the CAF. The Wing has over 200 dedicated members including many from the Duluth area and many additional volunteers who help maintain the Wing, its aircraft, vehicles and all of its operations. The Wing participates in numerous civic events and functions per year and hosts an annual airshow which makes these great aircraft and many important personalities directly available to the public.
Today, the Wing has expanded its operation into Duluth where it has acquired a hangar and formed a detachment of local members to support the PBY Catalina. The Minnesota Wing has done many great things, but there are many more projects to be completed and started. Time is running out to preserve the first-hand histories of those who served and witnessed WWII and one of the critical missions of the Wing is to preserve those personal stories.
New members and volunteers are always encouraged and welcome to become a part of the Minnesota Wing.
